Strategic product experience consulting for a real time video sharing service
SeeToo enables the sharing of huge videos (of any duration and unlimited size) and watching them together with your friends. Without uploading, the owner streams the video, and viewers watch it together in sync over the web.
I conducted an extensive study of the user experience and came up with a new experience strategy to improve useability and engagement of users by changing the core structure of the pages, session management and the basic interaction flow.

Sharing a video
The existing product did not allow users to see the video when the owner wasn't present to stream it. My design added a permalink to each video, making it available for viewing at any time (without requiring the owner to be present).
Usage Scenario Analysis
The existing service supported multiple entry points and flows, making it relatively complicated for the end users. Following an extensive usage analysis, I simplified the design, combining several distinct flows into one coherent experience.
